J has not yet received an offer nor a rejection, regarding the job (in Chantilly, VA) he most recently interviewd for. Last night, J spoke with the recruiter and she said that no decision has been made yet. The hiring manager interviewed J on July 9th, then interviewed another candidate on July 14th.
The recruiter was out of her office all of last week, but she is back now. She is going to try and find out how much they are still interested in J.
